High-Power Mobile DC Infrastructure & On-Board Energy Systems

Transforming commercial transport, utility fleets, and roadside networks into high-capacity mobile power hubs.

Battery-buffered, DC-coupled platforms engineered for relentless field deployment.

Roadside EV Recovery

Deploy rapid energy injection for stranded electric vehicles. Using high-power, battery-buffered DC-DC transfers, our mobile systems deliver emergency range extension in minutes—bypassing the need for grid ties or slow AC charging.

Field Operations & Work Sites

Power heavy industrial equipment, remote tools, or mobile labs directly from on-board storage. Replace noisy, high-maintenance diesel generators with clean, pure-sine AC or high-voltage DC power sources built directly into the vehicle chassis.

Dynamic Fleet Support

Provide tactical energy deployment for commercial fleets. Move high-power charging assets exactly where your operational bottlenecks are, avoiding costly depot demand charges and overcoming local thin-grid infrastructure constraints.

The Engineering Framework: We Supply the Modules, You Build the Vehicle

Ampernext does not manufacture the vehicles or the raw battery packs. We engineer and supply the high-power electronic conversion blocks and control logic that turn standard commercial chassis and onboard battery systems into high-capacity mobile power hubs.

Our modules act as the intelligent routers between any available input energy source and your required output loads.

Input Power Routing

Our conversion modules manage the energy coming into the system to replenish the onboard battery pack:

  • Bi-Directional AC Charging: Our on-board AC power blocks are fully bi-directional. When connected to standard depot or grid infrastructure, they reverse flow to rapidly charge the central vehicle battery asset.

  • Alternative Energy Integration: Our control logic bridges external inputs—such as solar PV arrays, auxiliary diesel units, or hydrogen fuel cell stacks—to safely route power to the onboard storage buffer.

The Central Battery Asset

The vehicle upfitter or fleet manager integrates a central battery pack onto the chassis. Our system logic sits on top of this asset, decoupling the incoming power from the outgoing load to ensure continuous, high-kilowatt delivery even if the input source is highly unstable or completely disconnected.

Configurable Output Blocks

Depending on the mission profile of your build, you select the specific Ampernext power blocks required to deliver energy to the field:

  • High-Voltage DC Output Blocks: Modules engineered for rapid DC-to-DC energy transfer, allowing the vehicle to operate as a high-speed mobile EV rescue station.

  • Regulated AC Output Blocks: Modules engineered to generate clean, grid-compatible three-phase AC power to run industrial machinery and tool networks directly from the vehicle bed.

Vehicle-Mounted Charging Systems

All-in-one DC-coupled EV charging blocks engineered for rapid tactical deployment on trailers, commercial service vans, or utility trucks. Turn your mobile energy assets into smart, ultra-fast charging stations without waiting for a grid tie-in.

Why Ampernext EV Chargers and Generators

Native DC-Coupled Efficiency: Our architecture centers entirely around a shared DC bus. By connecting directly to your DC source, we eliminate multiple redundant conversion chains (DC → AC → DC), cutting down equipment complexity and saving between 10% and 20% of energy on a system level.

Battery Agnostic Integration: Natively couple our systems with any local mobile power source on the market—including varied battery chemistries, BESS, DC generators, or fuel cells—with broad input tolerances.

Plug-and-Play Field Startup: Streamlined control sequences require zero communication with the host vehicle battery to function. The all-in-pack design features built-in protections, allowing you to establish an operational power grid within minutes of installation.

Intelligent Control & EMS: Full system visibility via an intuitive 10″ color display interface alongside advanced dynamic load balancing. Fully integrated with multiple communication protocols (OCPP, Modbus, and CAN) and supported by our AmperMate OCPP Cloud Server for easy scaling.

Industrial Thermal Resilience: Built on a unified hardware and software platform designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, optimized for continuous high-temperature power semiconductor performance, dust, moisture, and rugged field travel.
