One of the biggest problems that we have in the city environment is noise. And construction sites are the ones that generate a big portion of it. To fight this, all big construction equipment companies already have and plan to continue releasing heavy-duty machinery that is purely electrical. Here comes the demand for fast charging with high power at places where usually there is no, or very weak AC infrastructure.

At Ampernext we have the solution. Our mobile chargers can be connected to a battery to provide EV charging directly on the construction site or at a temporary location. Put them on a trailer, truck, van, etc. and move them from one place to another. Designed for flexibility and ready to be mounted and deployed wherever it’s needed.

Available in 60kW and 240kW versions.

The Death of the Conversion Chain: Why Your EV Infrastructure Is a Liability

We’ve been taught that EV charging is an electrical problem, but for those of you, managing long-term infrastructure, you know it’s actually a reliability problem. Here are some insights on why moving away from ‘fragile’ AC-patchwork toward native DC architectures is the only way to build for the long haul.
